Intellectual Property

• All designs, code, and materials remain Axione Solutions' property until full payment.
• After full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
• We may showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

We aim to deliver high-quality services, but there are reasonable limits to liability:

• We cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as sales, rankings, or revenue.
• Axione Solutions is not liable for indirect losses, loss of data, or business interruption resulting from our services.
• Your use of our services is at your own risk; we provide reasonable care but cannot promise perfection.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and protect sensitive information. Our commitments include:

• Keeping confidential information secure and only using it to deliver agreed services.

Client Responsibilities

• We are not responsible for downtime, changes, or issues caused by third-party providers.
